2.Click on the "Add to cart" button of the product you want to buy.Once finished choosing all the items you want, click on the " Cart " or click the "CHECKOUT
3.Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
4.Complete the Personal, Delivery, Billing and Shipping sections as required on this page.
5.IMPORTANT: If you have a Discount CODE, make sure you insert it in the DISCOUNT section and click the APPLY button to get the discount.

We have the following payment options:
a) PAYFAST : you will be Re-directed to the Secure PAYFAST site.Choose to pay with your Credit Card , Debit Card or EFT.
b) SNAPSCAN : South Africas Choice to pay
c) BANK DEPOSIT : Deposit payment at a FNB Branch or ATM into our account.
d) EFT : Transfer payment from your Internet or Cellphone Banking to Us.
WHEN IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
All Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of payment received, except weekend orders which are shipped on the Monday.All orders with our engraving service added can take a extra day or two before being dispatched. You will always receive an email informing you that your order has been fulfilled & shipped together with a tracking number.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Collections from our dispatch warehouse in Somerset West office are permitted. Please contact us before you place this order
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped in 24 hours after payment.
1. Our Couriers will deliver to Cities & Major Towns in 2 -3 work days, outlying towns can take 3 - 4 work days.
2. Post Office normally takes 7 - 12 work days.
3. Postnet takes 2 - 4 work days
4.Express, expedited delivery is also available(see in the shipping section of your checkout basket.
DO YOU PROVIDE PARCEL TRACKING?
YES.We will email you once your parcel has been sent together with your Parcel tracking number which you can track on our site under " Parcel Tracking"
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN A ITEM?
If you would like to return an item please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason why you wish to return the product.Our products are warranted to be delivered without fault. Should a item be delivered broken or damaged during delivery we will replace it for you at no cost.Should you not like the item you bought we will exchange or refund you. There is a handling fee of R25 plus the return courier fee that you must pay for.
Goods must be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order and must be in the original packaging and condition.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, regrettably we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.
Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer should the above clause be proved so.
Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip.
A full refund will be made within 48 hours of the return of the purchase provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition.
The refund will exclude costs incurred for postage & packaging.
Refunds are made via bank transfer to the designated customer’s South African bank account or for a store credit where/if applicable.
All Packages sent to you via our courier company that were unclaimed by YOU as per your shipping details will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery page and as per our delivery/shipping terms and conditions.
