Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Our orders are shipped from our Cape Town warehouse and while we cannot guarantee delivery times, you should expect courier delivery in 3-6 working days after receipt of order, unless you selected EXPRESS or EXPEDITED shipping which will be faster. We endeavour to meet the following schedules and times as indicated below.

  • Orders will be dispatched next business day and where payment verification is successful if the order is received Monday to Friday (Cut off on a Friday is 12H00). Orders placed Friday after 12H00 to Sunday will be dispatched by the end of the following business day.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Deliveries is usually done between 8H30 and 17H00. 
  • We need a little more time to create your amazing, personalised or engraved piece. Please allow an additional 1-3 working days processing time for orders containing ENGRAVE IT items.

Deliveries to some remote outlying areas may take a little longer.

Note : Courier Delivery will only be made to physical addresses, either at your work or home where somebody will be able to sign for and receive the parcel during working hours.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way
